		<description>Hi Nicolas,

I just ran across your blog after doing a Google search. I'm following IO and email overload more specifically. I wonder who you are and what your background is - can't find any details about you on the Blog!

We're focusing on the struggle in companies right now due to I.O.:
"Too much email, communication clutter and conflicting messages are making it difficult for many employees to understand organizational priorities and focus on the work that's most critical to achieving business objectives.” Chris Gay, Bridge Consulting.

Our startup has a software that helps companies improve communications with staff, reins in internal email spam, and gets their messages noticed above the noise.

Let me know if this I.O. niche interests you and if you want to discuss!

Cheers, and keep up the posts.
